FANTASTIC! As a former Italian restaurant owner and pizza connoisseur I thought that I made the best pizza but I was wrong. Everything about the pizza was perfect! The crust was perfectly cooked, thin and crispy. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Also the Chianti they stock Carpineto Classico pairs excellent with the meal!

Super cool place with absolutely top notch pizza. Get the deep dish with the crispy edges! Spaghetti and other dishes also fantastic. Service is by people who actually care about the restaurant and its reputation. Get the small pizza dough to play with for your kids. Great experience all around. Its a little small but maybe tha'ts just part of the deal.

When on St Simons, this is a quaint place to get yummy pizza and more. And if you’re looking for a tasty meal to give to a friend, for whatever reason, this is the place to go. Your friend will thank you! Inside has limited seating but it’s a relaxed atmosphere for both adults and children. You might consider getting your food to go and sit on a bench by the pier to watch the dolphins as you eat, but beware the birds can be annoying. Finally, you might get lucky and see the human slice of pepperoni pizza. 😁 He might just convince you to place an order.

CJ's is a long time island favorite. The salad greens are always fresh and crisp. The salad dressings are homemade. The interior, although small, has a unique quirkiness to it. Tonight's fare was Lasagna. An ample serving portion with a tasty in house recipe with a twist. My table neighbors pizza looked absolutely delicious. If you have never been...go! If its been a bit since you have been give them another try!

Despite the excellent reviews we were pleasantly surprised how delish our pizza was. Other places on the island have had good reviews but the food did not live up to the hype. Maybe our standards are too high? Anyway, we had the “Noah” pizza for a cause - hand tossed pepperoni/sausage to play it safe. It was awesome. Pizza is my favorite food, btw. My better half loved the meatballs, too. Jam packed at 5:30 and by 6:30 when we left people were leaving because the place was full with a wait. It’s tiny so go early or call-in your order. Excellent service, too. We will be back!🍕

Excellent meal! We visited the Golden Isles the weekend after Independence Day 2023 and the kids wanted pizza on the last night. You would drive right by the place never knowing it was there and inside it is like an Athens, Ga college town restaurant: quaint and quirky! The cooks and owner all said Hello when we came in and our server was friendly. Our pizza was exactly how we ordered it and our drinks were refilled when needed! I would to try a calzone in the future when we return to this hidden in plain sight gem of a restaurant!

I ordered a pizza to go and when I got there at the specified pickup time (70 minutes after order) my order wasn’t even in process. The restaurant was slammed so I was told to wait with no information as to how long. The staff was dismissive and the pizza cook was belligerent and completely stressed out yelling about no pizza cutters and throwing boxes around. While I love the food, I doubt I’ll ever go back there after the treatment I received. I eventually got my pizza 40 minutes after I arrived to pick it up.
